“Life is beautiful”; a saying I live by in all aspects of my life including dentistry. I find beauty in dentistry, whether it is creating a beautiful smile or restoring someone’s oral health. Finding beauty in moments of life is truly my passion and why I love being a dentist. Every time I look at a smile, I see beauty. Beauty for what is and the potential of what can be.
My family is from Puerto Rico, but I was born and raised in Brooklyn. While I love New York and spending time with my family, I also love to travel where I can explore new places and try different foods.
I received my bachelor’s in chemistry from Binghamton University, a master’s in biomedical science from Rutgers University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from New York University. I completed 1 year of residency at Jamaica Hospital, where I gained and incredible amount of experience in oral surgery, implants, endodontics and cosmetic dentistry. As member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, I take my education very serious. Continuing education keeps me up to date with the most innovative and modern techniques in dentistry.
I am privileged to have the opportunity to join the Bella Smiles family as they uphold the values, ethics, and passion in dentistry as I do. I am surrounded by incredible dentists who also practice to the highest standards. I know that I will contribute the same excellence to this practice and continue to make life beautiful.
